A leading international law firm in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Corporate Litigation team. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 per year, along with excellent benefits including a 401k plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school and a minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate representation, preferably with prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm.

Qualifications

• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is a big plus.
