Responsibilities

• Support mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, financings, and other transactions.
• Counsel clients on entity formation, governance, fiduciary duties, and ongoing compliance.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence for business transactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across tax, employment, real estate, and other practice areas.
• Manage client relationships and communicate practical recommendations clearly.
• Assist with business development efforts to grow the corporate practice.
