Confidential Employer in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an experienced corporate attorney to advise clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, capital restructurings, and private offerings. You will take increasing ownership of matters with first-chair leadership valued and collaborate with partners to deliver practical solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Michigan bar license, 2+ years in corporate law, solid drafting and negotiation skills, and a track record in general

Qualifications

• Active Michigan bar license required.
• 2+ years of corporate law experience required.
• Strong experience with general corporate matters, contract drafting and review, and M&A transactions.
• Law firm experience preferred, ideally 3+ years.
• First-chair transaction leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials, judgment, communication, organization, and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
