Job summary

Stonegate Workforce Group is recruiting a mid-to-senior corporate associate for a prestigious law firm’s startups and venture capital practice. The role focuses on representing startups, emerging companies, and venture capital clients. Locations include Mountain View or San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Boston, MA; New York, NY; or Santa Monica, CA.

Base salary ranges from $260,000 to $390,000. Candidates with M&A or capital markets experience are a plus; in-house candidates with prior law firm

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of corporate law experience focused on startups and venture capital.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to sit for or waive into the next bar exam.

Stonegate Workforce Group is recruiting a mid-to-senior-level corporate associate for a prestigious Law Firm’s startup and venture capital practice. The role focuses on representing startups, emerging companies, and venture capital clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of corporate law experience at a sophisticated law practice, with a focus on startups, venture capital, and emerging companies
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction, or eligibility to sit for or waive into the next bar exam

M&A or capital markets experience involving these companies is a plus. Candidates currently working in-house are welcome if they have prior law firm experience.
