Job summary

The team advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and strategic investors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions across a variety of industries.

Associates can expect exposure to matters including

• mergers and acquisitions
• private equity investments and sponsor-backed transactions
• growth equity and venture capital financings
• joint ventures and strategic partnerships
• corporate restructurings and carve-outs, and
• general corporate governance and commercial advisory matters.

Associates are given significant responsibility from an early stage, working closely with partners and clients on all aspects of transactions, from structuring and due diligence through to negotiation, execution and post-completion matters.
