Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Baltimore seeks an experienced corporate associate to join its Corporate and Securities Practice. The role involves supporting principals with mergers and acquisitions and providing outside corporate counsel for various sophisticated transactions and commercial matters.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, a JD, and strong drafting and negotiation skills to manage cross‑disciplinary transaction teams and advise on governance and securities

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant corporate law experience, including M&A.
• Experience drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; strong negotiation and drafting skills.

Requirements

Education
