Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Corporate and Securities Counsel to join our team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on representing Nasdaq and NYSE-listed clients across industries, handling complex securities, governance, capital markets, and regulatory matters.

You will advise on Securities Act and Exchange Act issues, manage offerings and filings, and provide governance advisory services. JD required; licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate and securities experience.
• Experience at a large regional or national law firm, in-house legal department, or the SEC preferred.
• Prior SEC experience is a significant plus.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical abilities.
