Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Corporate and Securities Counsel to join its Columbia, SC office. The role focuses on complex securities, corporate governance, capital markets, and regulatory matters, serving Nasdaq and NYSE-listed clients with a reduced billable-hour requirement.

The attorney will advise on Securities Act and Exchange Act matters, manage offerings, and oversee disclosures and governance issues, enabling high-quality client service in a premier litigation-free firm

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate and securities experience.
• Experience at a large regional or national law firm, in-house legal department, or the SEC preferred.
• Substantial experience advising public companies on securities matters.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical abilities.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction or eligible for licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage periodic reporting on Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
