Job summary

Oculus Group in Delaware seeks a Senior Corporate & M&A Attorney to join as Senior Associate, Of Counsel, or Partner with 5+ years of Delaware corporate law experience. You will advise on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions and help expand the Delaware practice.

You'll work with a national platform on complex matters, collaborating with partners and clients in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with strong growth potential and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of Delaware corporate law and M&A experience.
• Experience with a Delaware-based law firm or the Delaware office of a national or international firm.
• Active Delaware Bar admission.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, project management, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
