Responsibilities

  • Corporate Actions Processing: Execute voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividend processing across financial products
  • Reconciliation & Accuracy: Reconcile client holdings against agent records to ensure accurate transaction processing
  • Client Support: Respond to and support basic client inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate event files and ensure all documentation and recordkeeping requirements are met
  • Operational Support: Monitor corporate action events, manage assigned items, and support payment and reconciliation processes within systems
  • Escalation & Problem Solving: Provide technical assistance and escalate more complex issues to senior team members as needed

Job Summary: This entry-level opportunity focuses on supporting corporate actions processing within a financial services environment. The role involves handling both voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividends, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Ideal for recent graduates or candidates with internship experience, this position offers hands-on exposure to middle office operations and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Actions Processing: Execute voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividend processing across financial products
  • Reconciliation & Accuracy: Reconcile client holdings against agent records to ensure accurate transaction processing
  • Client Support: Respond to and support basic client inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate event files and ensure all documentation and recordkeeping requirements are met
  • Operational Support: Monitor corporate action events, manage assigned items, and support payment and reconciliation processes within systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)

  • Effective communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Corporate actions experience
  • Financial services industry exposure
  • Experience with AI tools or digital platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx or Power BI
