Job summary

Prime Healthcare Services is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to ensure accurate disbursements and timely payment processing at our Ontario, California campus. The role requires strong knowledge of AP practices, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, with emphasis on organization and precision.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and experience in a hospital setting or large health system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable practices, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Good understanding of ERP database and general computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate disbursements in line with AP policy and procedures.
• Review and verify invoices and payment requests for policy compliance.
• Input, balance, and generate checks for signature using accounting software.

Responsibilities

Ensures accurate and appropriate disbursements in accordance with PHSI Accounts Payable Policy & Procedures Manual. Reviews and verifies accuracy and policy compliance of invoices and other requests for payment. Utilizes computer to input, balance, and generate checks for signature.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.46 to $26.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
