Unity Search Group partners with a real estate firm to recruit a Corporate Accounting Manager in far North Dallas. This role leads accounting and reporting, drives budgeting, and oversees treasury and liquidity management with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience is required.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (minimum 18 accounting hours).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with GAAP experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting, including reconciliations and monthly executive reporting.
• Manage budgeting and reforecasting processes with cross‑department coordination.
• Oversee treasury, banking activities, and cash management.
• Monitor liquidity and maintain related controls and documentation.
