Job summary

Arrow Search Partners seeks an accounting professional in New York, NY, to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes and prepare the related financial statements and disclosures for SEC reporting.

You will manage day‑to‑day and month‑end accounting for holding entities, record and review journal entries, and support regulatory reporting. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3–5 years in financial services or asset management are required; public accounting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3-5 years of related accounting within financial services and/or asset management experience
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Experience with public company accounting and disclosure requirements

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation
• Prepare the consolidated financial statements as well as required footnote disclosures for the firm’s earnings releases and 10-Q/10-K filed with the SEC
• Facilitate the day‑to‑day and month‑end accounting processes for the firm’s holding entities
• Record and review journal entries as well as reconciling account balances
• Assist with the journal entries and associated processes surrounding the firm’s stock‑based compensation program
• Complete and review the monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports
