Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting controls.
• Experience with Excel and SAP ERP; interest in AI tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing: calculate accruals and reserves, evaluate accounts, analyze GL data, and prepare adjusting entries.
• Maintain account rigor: review ledgers, track follow-up items, and prepare monthly reconciliations.
• Partner on FP&A & budgeting: analyze variances, build budgets, refine forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to optimize workflows and improve data visibility.
• Support external audits by providing documentation and walkthroughs.
