LHH is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join a growing real estate investment and property management organization. You will handle broad exposure to general ledger accounting, treasury, accounts payable, and financial operations while collaborating with an experienced accounting team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 2–4 years of corporate accounting experience in accrual-basis environments.
• Exposure to treasury functions and accounts payable.
• Real estate investment, property management, or multi-entity accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle corporate accounting including AP review, journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple corporate entities within the organization.
• Manage fixed asset schedules and monthly depreciation.
• Reconcile expense reimbursements and intercompany transactions.
• Review property management agreements and support revenue reconciliation.
• Assist with treasury functions, including bank accounts and relationships.
• Oversee vendor account activations and vendor management.
• Review credit card transactions for accuracy and journal entries.
• Record payroll journal entries; identify process improvements.
