Position:

A growing real estate management firm is seeking a Corporate Accountant to support its accounting and finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual work papers and account reconciliations
• Manage corporate credit card and expense reimbursements
• Record journal entries, invoices, payroll, and property-related bill backs
• Reconcile cash, reserve, and escrow accounts
• Maintain portfolio debt schedules and mortgage payments
• Collaborate with internal teams, property managers, and external auditors
• Support Treasury management and other accounting-related projects as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Knowledge of tax-basis financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office; Yardi (Voyager) experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year
• Eligible for discretionary bonus
