Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or real estate accounting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or commensurate experience.
• Treasury experience to include familiarity with online banking platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong prioritization of customer service.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Yardi software experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various internal and external parties.
• Has a "can do" productive and self-motivated attitude.
• Flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the month end close cycle for all corporate entities and hotels to include journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Sales and use tax filings.
• Review and process treasury requests to include voice verification of wires and ACHs.
• Providing annual reporting and ad hoc requests to external tax accountants.
• Perform analytics related to cash, procurement, bank fees, and other items as assigned.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
