Job summary

Cherry Bekaert partnering with a national organization is seeking a Corporate Accountant to support a multi-entity environment with exposure to development, operating, and corporate-level accounting. The role offers a growth opportunity in a hybrid DMV setting.

Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, GL activity, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting. 3–5 years of accounting experience and strong GAAP foundation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong grasp of core accounting fundamentals and GAAP.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Exposure to multi-entity or intercompany environments strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday, Yardi, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
