Job description

Overview:

The Corporate Account Specialist will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by providing high-level support to the sales team, streamlining sales processes, and helping identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, be highly organized, and demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting sales initiatives and optimizing performance.

Core Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, managing day-to-day communication and addressing issues or concerns.
  • Provide strategic support to the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business goals and needs.
  • Create and maintain sales tools, templates, and resources to improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for each account.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to evaluate satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Process customer orders, quotes, and requests accurately and promptly.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and forecasts to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve win rates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Streamline sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure all sales activities are documented in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Manage the customer onboarding process for a smooth transition from contact to long-term relationship.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
  • Support the development of targeted sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer pain points and buying behaviors to tailor sales approaches.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations to ensure accurate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering customer presentations and product demos.
  • Mentor and train junior sales support staff on best practices.
  • Source product requests from suppliers through various channels.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support or operations with a proven contribution to revenue growth.
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales environments.
  • Knowledge of revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with automation tools or analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and support impact on revenue.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Collaborative working style with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Additional Information

Pay Range: $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr. Pay varies based on factors including experience, education, skills, and certifications. Eligibility for annual incentive bonuses may apply depending on organizational performance.
