Job summary

Corporate AccessPassaic Capital, affiliated with Millennium Management, seeks a seasoned professional to lead buy/sell-side corporate access efforts in New York. You will manage broker relationships, plan access logistics, and drive branding initiatives with external partners.

The role emphasizes negotiation, mature presence, and strong communication across investor relations and PMs. NY residency or relocation to NYC is expected.

Qualifications

• Buyside corporate access experience preferred; sell side or buy side a must.
• Good academic credentials and 4+ years post-college experience.
• Ny-based or willing to move to NYC or work from NYC office.
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
• Experience with branding and marketing is a plus.

Corporate AccessPassaic Capital, founded in 2013, is a multi-strategy, multi-manager investment group within Millennium Management. A Successful Hire Would Be Able To:

• Represent our brand with important external relationships
• Meet with an investor relations person and sell them on bringing management to our offices (or even a regular post-EPS update call)
• Effectively advocate on our behalf with brokers
• Credibly work with our PMs and analysts
• Help us design and implement an approach to planning and prioritizing corporate access
• Explain our approach to valuing and paying for corporate access to brokers, and effectively negotiate (at least some) broker agreements

Qualifications

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
