Responsibilities

• Support 24/7 protective operations with flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Assist the Sergeant and oversee Security Officers to maintain safety and policy compliance.
• Coordinate shift turnover, document activities, and ensure accurate data entry in logs and CAD systems.
• Provide training to assigned officers and enforce performance standards and safety procedures.
• Respond to alarms, manage public safety notifications, and support emergency responses as required.
