Job summary

Pacific Security is seeking Security Officers with strong situational awareness, observation skills, and excellent communication and decision-making abilities to patrol and protect client sites in Monroe, WA. You will investigate incidents, create reports, and respond to security events. Shifts are Friday to Sunday, 9:00pm–6:00am, part-time at $19.77 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have strong situational awareness and excellent observation skills.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities required.
• Ability to remain professional and calm in challenging situations.
• Must be able to meet driving and background requirements as applicable.

Driver Requirements

• 23+ years of age and legally entitled to work in the U.S.
• Valid WA state driver’s license
• Good Driving Record
• Pass drug screening (including marijuana)
• Pass a Department of Licensing background check
