Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Humanities, or related fields.
  • 5-6+ years of project management experience in cross-functional organizations.
  • Strong project management reporting and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communicator who translates data into insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management software (Asana) for planning and tracking.
  • PMP is recommended; ADKAR/PROSCI change management not required but differentiator.
  • HR/industry experience not required but differentiator.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and guidance on multiple HR Center of Excellence project portfolios.
  • Track progress, impact, and value from initiation to closure.
  • Lead portfolio management meetings and updates to HR leadership.
  • Intake new projects, create charters, and compile updates for initiatives.
  • Evolve PMO best practices and develop project management capabilities across HR.
  • Develop and maintain plans, budgets, roadmaps, and risk assessments.
  • Champion change management and foster a culture of learning and improvement.
