Ladders is seeking a Corp Counsel III (Privacy, Digital Risk, and Cybersecurity) to serve as a trusted legal advisor on privacy, cybersecurity, and digital compliance across the organization. This remote US-based role shapes governance, guides risk decisions, and supports enterprise initiatives with practical, business-minded counsel.

The attorney will strengthen incident response readiness, vendor oversight, and compliance-by-design practices in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience in privacy, cybersecurity, or digital compliance.
• Juris Doctorate and active law license in good standing.
• Experience with U.S. privacy laws such as HIPAA, HITECH, and state privacy laws.
• Ability to interpret cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with privacy impact assessments and vendor cybersecurity evaluations.

For our client, we are seeking a Corp Counsel III (Privacy, Digital Risk, and Cybersecurity) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will serve as a trusted legal advisor on privacy, cybersecurity, and digital compliance matters across the organization. The attorney will help shape governance, guide risk management decisions, and support enterprise initiatives that require practical, business-minded counsel. This position also plays an important role in strengthening incident response readiness, vendor oversight, and compliance-by-design practices in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $141,000 - $234,000 annually
