The Team Leader, Corporate Category Advisory Services (Corporate CAS), leads the enterprise capability that transforms data, market understanding, and objective category insights into influential strategies for Clorox, Business Units, Sales teams, and key retail partners. This role sets the vision and best practices for Corporate CAS, ensuring the team delivers compelling category points of view, scalable advisory frameworks, and activation plans that strengthen retailer influence, unlock category growth, and support long‑term business objectives. This individual builds talent, modernizes capabilities, and partners cross‑functionally to shape category strategy, assortment, shelving, merchandising, and growth decisions across the enterprise.

Your starting pay will depend on job‑related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
