Responsibilities

• Provide skilled chairside assistance during general dental procedures.
• Perform coronal polishing under the dentist’s supervision.
• Take high-quality digital radiographs.
• Monitor patients receiving nitrous oxide, per Tennessee regulations.
• Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms.
• Sterilize and organize instruments.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Help patients feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
• Support an efficient clinical schedule and smooth patient flow.
• Work proactively with the clinical and administrative teams.
