This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who wants to build a meaningful subspecialty practice within a sophisticated ophthalmic organization while enjoying the advantages of an established referral base, experienced clinical and surgical teams, and strong administrative support.

Our practice is committed to providing exceptional patient care through teamwork, quality, respect, responsibility, and integrity. We are looking for a physician who shares those values and wants to become an integral member of our physician team.

The position offers a strong platform for both clinical and surgical growth, including the opportunity to develop referral relationships, expand advanced corneal and refractive services, and become a trusted regional resource for complex corneal and anterior segment care.

Our integrated practice and ambulatory surgical environment provide the infrastructure, staff, technology, and operational support necessary for a physician to focus on delivering excellent patient care.

  • Manage refractive lens exchange, phakic IOL, and other advanced refractive procedures as appropriate.
  • Evaluate and manage patients with residual refractive error or complications following prior refractive surgery.
  • Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the practice when patients require additional subspecialty expertise.
