Salem Eye OR is seeking a BC/BE ophthalmologist trained in comprehensive or cornea care to join a well-established practice in Salem, Oregon. This turnkey role offers a $350,000 guaranteed base plus production bonuses, with a defined two-year partnership track and a growing cataract and cornea volume.

Ideal candidates will perform complex anterior segment procedures (DMEK/DSAEK, PKP) and refractive surgery, leveraging modern diagnostics to expand regional referrals and equity in the ASC-based

Qualifications

• BC/BE ophthalmologist with comprehensive or cornea training.
• Experience with anterior segment procedures and cornea referrals preferred.
• Commitment to building a busy, turnkey practice.

Responsabilités

• Assume a busy, turnkey practice from a retiring partner.
• Perform cornea/anterior segment procedures including DMEK/DSAEK, PKP, and refractive surgery.
• Grow the patient base with cataract surgeries and regional cornea referrals.
