Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA seeks a board-certified/board-eligible, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist specializing in Cornea, Complex Cataract, and Anterior Segment Surgery to join our team. This is a physician-led environment with access to advanced OR space and technology.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Ophthalmology.
Required Fellowship in Cornea.
Complex Cataract Surgery and Anterior Segment Surgery Experience.
Minimum 3-5 years post-residency experience preferred, but not required.
Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

Perform high-volume cornea, cataract and anterior segment surgeries with a focus on excellent surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Evaluate and manage a wide spectrum of cornea, cataract and anterior segment conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including optometrists, ophthalmic technicians, and surgical support staff.
Utilize dedicated ophthalmology OR space equipped with the latest surgical technologies.

Education
