Job summary

Lifeline Foods in St. Joseph, MO is seeking a Corn Mill Operator to manage daily operation of the A-Mill and B-Mill corn milling systems. You will perform QA tests, maintain equipment, and document processes while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities include on-line quality checks, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with mill personnel to optimize performance and output.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is preferred, or at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and technical procedures.
• Fluent reading and writing in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Corn Mill delivery, cleaning and tempering systems.
• Perform on-line quality checks (moisture, sieving) and use lab equipment for tests.
• Maintain and PM equipment, document changes and maintenance work orders.
• Perform daily sanitation and GMP tasks with proper documentation.
• Follow safety programs (LOTO, machine guarding, PPE) and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with mill personnel and other plant functions.
• Assist in testing and troubleshooting with vendors as needed.
