• Collaborate with paint/coating and decorative finishes suppliers to develop new technology and colors within approved coating technologies.
• Create or modify commodity/material standard specifications.
• Participate in new model launches, color development, and engineering changes requiring material validation.
• Provide technical direction for coatings/decorative finishes and initiate sustainable/material-innovation initiatives.
