The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or related field, plus experience with FISERV DNA, Salesforce, nCINO, CCH Tax, or Encompass LOS. Hybrid work options are available after two weeks based on role and performance.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Experience and expertise in the FISERV DNA, Salesforce, nCINO, CCH Tax or Encompass LOS Platform preferred.
• Experience in software Testing and/or Quality Assurance preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment with Farm Credit East are based on job role and performance.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with product owner(s) to execute on core business system strategy and meet customer expectations.
• Assists with the Core Business System Portfolio Management Plan to govern current and future core business systems.
• Creates requirements for new or updated core business system ideas within the ideation process.
• Collaborates with vendors and partners to optimize platform solutions and design.
• Communicates strategy for new/existing core systems to enable adoption and utilization.
• Supports change enablement, training, and communications for strategic programs.
