Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software experience.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience including leading senior engineers and managers.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale software programs to completion with milestone planning and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Build the Core OS team from the ground up: define charter and hire founding engineers.
• Set architecture and interfaces with silicon, guest OS, and vehicle program teams.
• Deliver first production milestones and ensure cross-team alignment.
