Job summary

H2M Architects + Engineers is offering an internship in our CORE of Excellence department. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals on real-life projects, benefiting from field exposure and mentorship.

The program runs June 7 through August 13 and offers flexible full- or part-time options. The internship provides hands-on experience, resume-building workshops, and opportunities to present to managers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a college sophomore or higher in a related field.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/organize safety training sessions and safety awareness campaigns, including preparing materials, scheduling, and assisting with training assessments.
• Assist in maintaining and update safety-related records.
• Support other CORE of Excellence initiatives as needed (BIM/CAD, QA/QC).
• Provide general administrative and project support to assist various groups of marketing.
• Other duties as assigned.

H2M architects + engineers, a multi-discipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm with multiple offices in NY & NJ seeks qualified interns to work closely with experienced professionals in ourCORE of Excellence department.

The intern will be responsible for:

• Maintain/organize safety training sessions and safety awareness campaigns, including preparing materials, scheduling, and assisting with training assessments.
• Assist in maintaining and update safety-related records.
• Support other CORE of Excellence initiatives as needed (BIM/CAD, QA/QC).
• Provide general administrative and project support to assist various groups of marketing

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

The hourly rate for this role is $19.25 to $27.00.
