Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Cardiometabolic/Obesity/Renal/Endocrinology Medical Science Liaison (CORE MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team in the Midwest. This US-based field role covers Midwest territory with up to 70% travel to conferences, KOL engagements, and field activities.

The CORE MSL will communicate scientific data, support trials, and collaborate with Clinical Development, Operations, and Commercial teams to advance medical strategy and education for obesity medicine and

Qualifications

• Advanced terminal degree required.
• 2–3 years of MSL or related pharma industry experience.
• Certifications in obesity medicine or endocrinology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field-based scientific liaison for Medical Affairs with regional healthcare professionals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support scientific exchange and education.
• Communicate up-to-date scientific information to external stakeholders for informed discussions on disease states and therapies.
• Provide field insights, competitive intelligence, and clinical trends to internal teams to inform strategy.
• Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated trials, site feasibility, and investigator communications.
• Deliver high-quality scientific presentations and educational sessions for healthcare providers.
