Parallon is seeking a Core Measures Data Abstractor II to perform sepsis data abstraction from medical records for facilities within a 60‑mile radius of a HCA facility. You will work from home and use systems such as COMET, TheraDoc, NHSN to ensure accurate reporting.
The role requires HIM experience and healthcare coding/nursing education. RHIT/RHIA/CCS certifications are strongly preferred; RN/LVN credentials are a plus.
