Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is hiring for a Byesville, OH manufacturing role focused on supplying core material to internal and external customers. You will identify, receive, locate, count, and pull core, using hand and power tools, gauges, and potential forklift operation.

The position requires safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced plant environment. Starting wage ranges from $19.55 to $27.59 per hour with a quarterly gainsharing potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation.
• Stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand documentation and work instructions.
• Willingness to cross-train and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties per standard work procedures.
• Identify, receive, locate, count, and pull core for various processes.
• Operate hand tools, air tools, gauges and small power tools.
• Load/unload shipments with forklift (license may be required).
• Use company data systems, drawings, BOMs, and specs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to rotation plan.
