What does the Core Laboratory Manager do?
Responsible for the efficient operation of multiple laboratory facilities, ensuring accurate, timely patient results, compliance with regulations, and quality patient care. Manages laboratory structure, organization, and operations, supporting adherence to the US Oncology Compliance Program and maintaining safety standards.

Physical Demands: Full range of body motion, manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and normal vision and hearing required.
Work Environment: Office setting with significant travel (~70%), interaction with management and staff, and external auditors.
