Job summary

Roche Diagnostics France is seeking a Team Manager for the Customer Support Center–Core Lab. The role leads a remote team delivering expert support for Roche core lab products, while developing team members’ skills and fostering collaboration across functions.

The ideal candidate will recruit top talent, set clear expectations, and drive continuous improvement in a high‑performing, inclusive environment. Travel to Indianapolis is expected for non-local staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or related field or equivalent education and work experience.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills.
• 4 years in Quality/Regulatory or equivalent regulated industry experience.
