Qualifications

• Strong Core Java expertise (Java 8/11/17+ with JVM internals and GC)
• Microservices architecture experience; scalable services
• Multithreading and concurrency mastery
• Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Data, Cloud
• SQL proficiency with complex queries; relational DBs (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
• Experience with large databases and data warehousing concepts
• Financial services domain experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication in a multinational setting

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java applications and microservices meeting requirements
• Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot
• Handle multi-threading, concurrency, and performance tuning for low-latency systems
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and data teams to define APIs and data models
• Build and optimize SQL queries for large databases
• Implement CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing
• Mentor junior developers and participate in architecture discussions
• Adhere to security, reliability, and compliance in financial services
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
