Job Summary
We are looking for a Core Integration Specialist with an aptitude and/or experience in programming who also enjoys client interaction. You will use your technical expertise to triage and troubleshoot Core Integration-related issues for our clients and coordinate with staff and internal resources to ensure timely resolution of support tickets. Your goal is to improve the quality of support tickets, helping our software integration programmers provide better turnaround times and enhancing the client experience. You thrive in a team-oriented technical environment while recognizing individual achievements.
