SAP Fioneer is seeking a Solution Consultant - Core Banking (m/f/d) in the United States to combine business analysis with banking expertise and technology know-how. You will identify customer challenges, develop innovative concepts, and support transformation initiatives across the financial services industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience implementing digital transformation or technology-driven projects.
• Interest in enterprise software, integration technologies, and business process transformation.
• Excellent communication in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP Fioneer banking solutions as part of digital transformation programs.
• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and transformation needs.
• Analyze processes and operating models to identify improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional solution concepts and designs.
• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state processes.
• Contribute to design of new banking products and capabilities.
• Assess emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments.
• Develop compelling business cases and value propositions for customers.
• Create and deliver tailored presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and PoCs.
