Job summary

First Western Trust is seeking an Application Administrator for Core Banking to manage the core banking (FIS IBS) and mobile banking (NCR Voyix) platforms. You’ll ensure reliability, security, and optimization while supporting users and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years of enterprise app administration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance system stability with continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience administering enterprise applications, with exposure to core banking systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate issues into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of core banking (FIS IBS) and mobile banking (NCR Voyix) apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues; collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
• Lead integration efforts with third-party systems and identify opportunities for automation.
• Monitor vendor updates, implement changes, and provide training/documentation.
• Maintain and optimize user access controls, security permissions, and configurations.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, SLAs, and contract renewals.
