Job summary

HYDAC Technology Corporation seeks a motivated Core Machine Operator to support the production of core components on Weld Prep and related equipment. You will read and follow work instructions, BOMs, and quality plans while operating primary machinery and recording data in SAP and Excel to ensure quality standards.

You will adhere to HYDAC quality policies, pass internal criteria within 90 days, and report to a Lead or Supervisor in a compliant, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading work instructions, BOMs, and quality plans preferred.
• Must pass HYDAC Criteria within 90 days.
• Understand HYDAC Quality Policy and Objectives.
• Able to read/write English and operate measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, BOMs, and quality plans.
• Operate Weld Prep machine and Core Assembly equipment as part of core component production.
• Record data using SAP and Excel and other software as required.
• Adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements in designated areas.
• Report to a Lead or Supervisor and support quality objectives.
