Job summary

Charlotte Pipe is seeking a manufacturing associate to support core production on site in Wisconsin. The role requires following safety rules, work instructions and quality standards while inspecting, assembling and labeling cores, and using basic hand tools.

Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential for success. Applicants should be able to read procedures, operate hand and power tools safely, and may work with forklifts or overhead/crane equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, foundry, metal fabrication, grinding or finishing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, or jib cranes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules, policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, quality standards and procedures.
• Inspect cores for defects and repair as needed.
• Assemble cores and label/identify them.
• Use basic hand tools.
• Label and identify cores.
