We're looking for a detail-oriented operations professional to help maintain and improve the accuracy of our core banking systems and processes. This role involves analyzing workflows, supporting system updates, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of banking experience, strong communication skills, and a knack for process improvement and documentation.

This is an in-office position.

Compensation: $27.91 - $39.08

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of core banking systems, including customer, deposit, portfolio, and address data.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on systems, processes, and documentation; recommend updates to policies and procedures.
  • Analyze data and workflows to identify efficiencies and support continuous improvement of operational standards.
  • Accurately store and manage documentation for proper retention and retrieval.
  • Communicate effectively across departments, provide training, and support staff to enhance service delivery and internal knowledge.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot new account opening software and related systems.
  • Participate in projects and assist with the implementation of new products, programs, and systems.
  • Lead the resolution of maintenance tickets within an 8-hour workday or as time allows.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree; three to five years of banking experience and/or training, preferably in bank operation, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
