Qualifications

• Experience with phlebotomy or blood collection procedures.

• Proficiency with electronic health records and data management.
• Attention to detail and ability to document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform cord blood collection following protocols and SOPs with precision.
• Educate expectant parents about the program in a compassionate manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and demographics.
• Ensure proper sample handling, labeling, and storage per QA standards.
• Coordinate with obstetric staff to schedule timely collections.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and maintenance needs.
• Assist with data entry in EHRs and research databases.
• Adhere to FDA/CLIA regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Support recruitment and enrollment efforts for cord blood program.
• Participate in quality control and process improvement activities.
