You will build partnerships with hospitals and donors while ensuring regulatory compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare-related field is required.
• Three years of management or supervisory experience are required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build relationships with hospitals, physician offices, donors, and community partners.
• Knowledge of regulatory, quality, and compliance standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cord blood collection operations, recruitment efforts, and collection site performance.
• Lead onboarding, training, scheduling, and development of collection staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, and community partners.
• Monitor collection goals, operational metrics, and program growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation procedures.
• Identify operational concerns and implement process improvements and corrective actions as needed.
• Support donor recruitment efforts, outreach initiatives, presentations, and community events.
• Assist with audits, inspections, reporting, and quality improvement activities.
• Review operational reports, supply requests, inventory needs, and departmental documentation.
• Collaborate with internal leadership teams to support the success of the Cellular Therapies program.
