Sea Base in the Florida Keys seeks Coral Nursery Mates for the Spring 2027 season. You will deliver curriculum lectures, lead field discussions, and support coral restoration work in coastal environments. A strong marine science or outdoor education background and comfort with snorkeling are required.

Role includes serving as first mate on our boats, guiding crews, and teaching in the water during long summer days in the Keys. Housing/meals provided where applicable.

Formación

• Strong background in marine science/ecology and/or outdoor education.
• Ability to work long hours teaching in the field during summer in the Florida Keys.
• Competent swimming and comfort snorkeling and leading crews in water.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver curriculum lectures and lead discussions in the field.
• Serve as a first mate aboard a 45-foot Corinthian Catamaran and a 26-foot Dusky.
• Supervise and guide field activities and crews while snorkeling or on the water.
