• Coordinate with budget staff, site points of contact, subject matter experts, contracting officers, and vendors to resolve procurement discrepancies and funding issues.
• Monitor contracts, periods of performance, deliverables, contractor payment requests, and overall contract actions to ensure cost, schedule, and performance requirements are met.
• Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative within delegated authority by conducting contract surveillance and documenting performance and issues.
